Bad customer service!

Ive been trying to cancel my Beame contract since last year November, after all the emails and phone calls this issue has not been resolved, and my account is still debited, another person has full access to the app and this puts my life in danger, to speak to clueless consultants takes 45 minutes, customer care doesn’t even take phone calls.
