Bad customer service

I received a statement which I do not understand from matrix as they are menat to debit my account every month...I sent them few emails requesting to be called back even left the message with their customer agent but no one called me instead I am receiving smss requesting me to make payments for R101 which I don't understand for what...

I am very disappointed with how the handle their customer service as I am a new client with...I need someone to call me and correct my statement from R500 and something to the R209 we agreed on monthly

Got a call from Sarah not what I expected...again I can just say it bad customer experience, she just told me they didn't debit me on the 1st of July but no reason why I was not debited cause I had money on my account now help me understand how is it my problem that the account is unpaid while there was no attempt for a debit order
