Bad Customer Service
Very poor customer service. Calls are not answered, emails are not responded to only after 2 months one has sent a request. I have been saying also logging the instruction via your bot channel that I no longer require your services. I told my car in 2021 and your tracking services are of no use to me therefore cancel, but I am struggling to get assistance instead you sent me a message saying "Please note that your request for cancellation was unsuccessful due to a mismatch in account details that we have in the system. A case has been opened with MiX Telematics for your cancellation request and a representative will be in contact shortly".
My request is so simple and does not need rocket science. Cancel my services, I don't need your services anymore by the way and I will emphasize, sold my car in 2021 and ever since have been paying for something I don't use nor need.
