Bad customer service

The worst of the worst. They don't respond to emails, their customer service is poor, although it's on all of their correspondence and the app. Doesn't work in the sense that no one ever responds to it. When you call you are played music. I sent an email two months before I sold my car to inform them. Guess what they kept billing me irrespective of sending emails telling them that I no longer have a car. I had to pay for a device which isn't in my possession. Now they have listed my name on ITC. I would definitely never recommend this company not even to my worst enemy.
