Bad billing **** service

Took out a contract with Beamie for three vehicles more than three years ago. Got a call offering a lower rate and new units. I took the new contract. Now all of a sudden I am being debited three times more than I should. I tried calling g the took over an hour to final speak to someone. Again I have been debited incorrectly. I tried calling. Put on hold and eventually just get cut off. They are useless. Can t correct there mistakes and you can never talk to anyone. I am now afraid what happens when my vehicle is ******. Will it take forever to get them to answer
