BAD BAD SERVICE - MIX TELEMATICS
I have logged a complaint with Hellopeter previously with the same complaint. I have received feedback that they resolved it. But still, I have received an SMS to pay a payment again. The policy was canceled. An email was received on 20/02/2023 from Claudia Abrahams. I sent an email again 07/02/2023. I have paid the 264.5. They have confirmed since February that the policy was canceled. BUT STILL, I HAVE RECEIVED an SMS last night to pay R132.25
