BAD BAD SERVICE

I'm angry at myself for not seeking more info before signing up with Matrix Tracker. I'm sick and tired of their service which is very very bad. They don't answer my phone calls and never responds to emails. I'm worried what will I do should anything happens to my car, say maybe I'm hijacked, it shows that the hijackers will get away with it because matrix doesn't answer phone calls at all. I'm gatvol really, their service is very very very poor. They need to be scratched off the list of tracker companies
