BAD BAD BAD service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Matrix Vehicle Tracking (MiX Telematics).

From the beginning, the tracking device never properly worked on my vehicle. Whenever I called for assistance, no one answered the phone, and I could not get any technical support or explanation. There was absolutely no communication or follow-up from their side.

To make matters worse, I was handed over to debt review without any proper notification or explanation. They have my contact details, yet no one reached out to discuss the account or try to resolve the issue. Instead of assisting a paying customer, they escalated the situation without communication.

Now I am being asked to pay a settlement amount just to cancel a service that never functioned correctly in the first place. It is unfair to expect customers to pay cancellation fees for a service that did not work and for which no support was provided.

Very poor customer service, poor communication, and an extremely frustrating experience overall. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
