Bad and dishonest service by Mix telematrix
Bad service, I have 4 trackers with them. In 2023 they did not debit my account and realised that in 2024. It is a sum of R186.00 which I disputed as negligence from their part. In February 2025 and without my consent, they tried to debit the amount from my other bank without my consent or authorisation. It bounced and I incurred bank charges. They are pressuring me to pay the R186 when I incurred bank charges of R151. They are now threatening to blacklist me for their failures. Each I get a call I get a different reason. Such a poor service.

10 Sept 2025, 09:08I got a call from Mixtelematrix. The caller advised that due to the fact that they could not debit my standard bank account, they without my permission and consent decided to debit my FNB. They did not even bother to call me when they could not get through to my Standard bank and Capitec accounts, they decided to debit the one I did not authorize. Is it legal for they to even debit the amount I am disputing and was due to their fault? Worse part decide which bank to debit. They don't want to take full responsibility for their action. As much as this is a small amount, but it does not give them the right to do as they please with people's accounts.
