I would not recommend it to anyone. I am even convincing those I had recommended it to, to find another- in fact they didn't even need much convincing when Matrix couldn't help me when I was hijacked in March 2021 by 4 armed men. My cousin and I got hijacked by 4 armed men, we ended up in the boot of my car after they drove off with us. They took y phone but she managed to save her phone and sent a live location to my friend, who happened to be my next of keen. My friend called MiX and kept on telling them my EXACT location as the car kept on moving and stopping( the ****s were dropping each other off), and MiX kept on telling her that their agents out and will be there in 15min. About 45min later, when my cousin and I got to a place of safety- because by the grace of God the ****s let us go, MiX was STILL saying the same thing, "our agents are out". They had ample time to help but they did NOTHING. We could have died waiting for the so-called agents!! THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE !! They had their own device and the help of a live location and they still could not keep their promise!!! Useless 0 RATING!!!
