Awful long holding in getting assistance on queries!!!
<p>I have since been trying get assistance as far as cancellation of my tracking device but before such cancellation, one has to hold the line for unusually long minutes approximately 20minutes to get to the customer care and another 10minutes to get through to cancellations department. This incident took place on 2017/02/02 at about 8:10 am.</p>
