Awful customer service from Matrix...
Flabbagasted by Matrix and poor customer service. Their rude agents were not helpful and my requests to speak to a manager were ignored and was told that they cant help. I regret the day I signed up with this company! Suddenly there are additional amounts that should be paid by the customer if you use their roadside assistance which was highlighted as a complementary benefit at the time or signing the stupid contract!

Its amazing that you don't have my contact number when I am an active customer with Matrix. Your service continues to appauling - your team is unable to provide me with any answers but keeps giving me reassurance that the situation is resolved... which is definitely NOT the case. Sadly your front line staff (Saida) is stuck with my complaint because none of your managers are willing to take my calls nor call me back. How about leading by example???
On Friday I was on a call with Matrix for almost 30min and assured that the APP would be working but that is NOT the case! Im using my resources... telecommunication in SA is not Cheap!
This is by far the worst experience I have had with any company!
Let alone the management team ducking customer concerns and avoiding taking ownership!
In light of this experience I would like to terminate my contract with Matrix with immediate effect and be refunded the January premium that was debited!
