Awaiting Feedback / Cancellation / location checks

After numerous requests, I have still not received feedback regarding the cancellation of my contract. I keep receiving emails regarding the billing. As stated in the emails I no longer have the vehicle and therefore would like to cancel. I am still awaiting a list of location checks that was done for the duration of the contract. Could you please send the information via email and confirmation that this has been cancelled
