Matrix the worst tracking company ever.

i took a car tacker and the agent told me it R79.00 and its a month to month contract. Can cancel anytime without a hassle. to my surprise the billed me R259, I called and they told me its r259 as they include the installation fee.

2nd & 3rd month the billed me R169.00 i called them again to understand whats happening with the premiums as this not what i signed for. they told me that's there premiums if im not happy i must cancel the contract. i asked them to cancel as this is not what i agreed for, they told me i need to cancel and pay all the premiums because im bridging the contract.

i wrote letters explain my situation with no assistance, i wrote affidavits still no help. They have handed my account to the lawyers. They are still debiting but i dont have access to the app. My account is increasing ever month even though they are still debiting.

i tried paying the attorneys but my account is still increasing and its affecting my credit score..

i dont know what to do
