Avoid This Company: Unprofessional and Misleading Service

I had a terrible experience with this company over the span of two years. Initially, I was told by the salesperson that the tracking unit on my vehicle was a month-to-month plan and could be canceled anytime. However, when the unit stopped working, I decided to switch to another company. Despite making numerous calls and sending emails to cancel my policy, I was asked to put my request in writing, which I did, but the cancellation was never finalized.

To make matters worse, I discovered that they had listed me as a slow payer on ITC, which damaged my record. Attempts to resolve this situation were met with unfulfilled promises of someone contacting me. The lack of professionalism, misleading information, and poor customer service made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company and look for better alternatives that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer reliable service at the same price.
