Avoid this company if you want your credit score handled properly and professionally.

This is an extremely disappointing experience with matrix vehicle tracking. I fully paid my outstanding amount I owed on 22 February 2025, yet it is now 22 May 2025 three months later and they have still failed to update the credit bureaus. Because of their negligence, my name remains negatively listed, damaging my credit profile unfairly.

I have done everything required and settled my debt in full, but the company’s complete lack of action and poor communication has left me frustrated and out of pocket in reputation.

I demand immediate correction and a written confirmation of the update. If not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the Credit Ombud and the National Credit Regulator (NCR).
