THIS IS ABSOLUTE *******! I was called by a sales consultant for Matrix, after my contract had EXPIRED, telling me they wanted to renew for another THREE YEARS. I told them forget it and to cancel it. A month later, at the end of October, when I had seen another debit order go off, I cancelled, only for them to keep debiting my account until December, when I was eventually able to contact someone in the company.

Matrix then insist I owe them the money they took, which I didn't, and I recently found out that I have a black listing because of R103.32!! This tiny, stupid amount caused me to not get a further loan amount and it was all their fault and doing!! On top of this, I am told by Claudia Abrahams of Matrix, that they do not remove the tracking devices, they merely turn them off, even after me requesting many, many times for them to come remove them out of my car!
