AVOID MIX TELEMATICS/ MATRIX TRACKER AT ALL COSTS!!
AVOID MIX TELEMATICS/ MATRIX TRACKER AT ALL COSTS!! Mix Telematics are the absolute WORST tracking company ever!! I sent cancellation emails back in September 2023, with no response. They kept invoicing me monthly and I kept sending cancellation emails. Without Response. Eventually, I get an email back, cancelling my account at the end of December, but then they insist I owe them for the months that I cancelled.
They handed over this ridiculous account and now it has affected my credit rating & possibly blocking me from getting a further loan because of it!!
On top of this, I have also asked in every, single one of the 30 plus emails, to come remove their tracking devices! Still nothing... AVOID MIX TELEMATICS/ MATRIX TRACKER AT ALL COSTS!!
