Avoid Matrix, lots of post sale barriers

I posted about matrix on the 1 October. It’s the 4th of November now. I am still getting calls about billing. This is most certainly a breach of contract now as there are post Sale bearers. I have advised matrix on the 3rd November to cancel my contract and they advised that someone will contact me. Today I get contacted about someone asking me about the same premium which I was double debited for. I’m tired. Avoid Matrix if you can.
