Avoid like the Corona virus

After a week,waiting for the unit to be installed, I finally decided that these people are not serious about tracking a car, it seems they are affiliated to Matrix, if this is what the service is like for installation , I shudder to think what their response time is on a ****** or hijacked vehicle.
