AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

ZERO RATING - Shocking useless Company! Please AVOID DOING BUSINESS with them - my 91 year old father has been a client for years, on month to month premium. He was contacted by Beame saying he had to replace the tracking unit, no alternative options given, not explained that he'd be locked into a year contract either on a vehicle no longer driven. Car sold shortly thereafter and premium cancelled. Over THREE MONTHS LATER STILL BEING BILLED, ZERO ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EMAILS IGNORED, BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT ATTEMPTS CONTINUE!! HORRIFIC TREATMENT OF A FRAIL, VULNERABLE PERSON! SHAME ON YOU!!!
