Audicity to lie in an email

On the 2nd of June I send an email to cancellations@mixtelematics requesting my unit to be canceled as my car has been written off due to an accident, almost a week later I get an email stating 'as telephonically discussed with you the contract can not be ended' Excuse me I had received no phone call from Mixtelematics to date discussing my contract or anything, what ******* service is this, if my car is written off why should I be paying for a service and yet the person dealing with my case has the audicity to lie stating that they called me.... Seriously is this what you call service!!!!!!
