Attention all who have Matrix, Telematics installed in there vehicle

Attention all who have Matrix, Telematics installed in there vehicle. Since December 2025 to date the service has been useless to non existent. I've pressed my panic button morning and late afternoon and this morning 10h21 and still no phone call nothing. Control room is useless. My account number ***5, we are only good for them to take our monies. I've had 4 attempted hijackings, one armed ******* at gun point still no phone call or assistance till today? I have emailed on 25 March 2025 customer care only to get a case no logged ***6. Please assist with way forward.
