ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This is the WORST company to deal with. Absolutely NO customer service!! I want to cancel because their customer service is atrocious. You call them for a problem but, have to keep calling over and over before someone actually answers, when they eventually do you never get any help. I had a problem with my tracker waited a month for them to get back to me and for someone to contact me to come out and take a look but, month later and still no feedback or contact. I've sent various emails with queries which have never been resolved and the amount of phone calls I've made with no resolution is ridiculous!

I have Absolutely no faith in them, if they cant even deal with customers queries ,etc how the hell are they going to help in an emergency? Very scary thought.

Now I want to cancel and I have to pay a ridiculous amount to cancel and to be informed that what I was told when I joined and the reason I joined is not right.

Definitely one of the WORST companies I have ever had to deal with!!!

The start I gave them shouldn't even be there - they should not get any stars but, unfortunately without the star I can't write my review. One star definitely not deserved!!
