ARROGANT, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL
Client with them since 2007, when it was only Matrix tracker. Horrible service received from a Romain, requested to escalate the matter to management, thereafter she got rude, and dropped the call. I requested a technician to repair my faulty device, they did not even have one available, 1st open spot is a week later, I explained the complications of driving a high risk vehicle without a working tracker, Roam simply said no comment. Arrogant, rude, disrespectful. I am STILL waiting to cancel my agreement with them. 0 Response.
