Arrears paid yet cant get paid up letter

I recently found out that i was listed by Nimble for R162 for an account with Matrix, i called Matrix and i was advised that i can pay the amount, an invoice was sent to me on the 13 June 2025, which i paid on the 26 June 2025. I requested a paid up letter and i was told i need to contact Nimble, how is that possible when i have paid Matrix not Nimble, i called Nimble and i was told they cant help as the amount was not paid to them, i have been told a transfer need to be done for me to get the paid up letter. its almost a month now with no feedback, when you call you get cut off every time with their billing department. Such pathetic service. you cant even give me an invoice reflecting my balance. I want a paid up letter immediately. My account number is 685248 and my contact number is ***.
