APPALLING COMMUNICATION!
I sent through an email to cancel my Matrix tracker contract with Mixtelematics in January. Confirmation letter was sent through to me and I served my notice but I have still have my account being debited monthly to date. I have called head office countless times with either my call going unanswered or endlessly being transferred. I hate having to continuously go into the bank to reverse debit orders for a service I'm no longer receiving

We can confirm that an agent did get in contact with you and has confirmed that the account has been cancelled. Cancellation request was received on 13/01/2021 and there is 20 business day notice so February 2021 was notice period.
