Angry client

What a horrible experience, infact matrix is ****ming people it's really hard to cancel their services. So it's been 3days trying to cancel something I have never signed up for however each and every number they giving me it's going back and forth they will put on hold for more than 20mins mind you as a customer you the one who called them .Since morning today until now they haven't resolved the issue am tired of this. On their statement they said car has panic button however no one has ever show us that. This company must be closed down
