Angry client

This is the worst company you can ever think of them serving you. I requested for a cancellation of product due to circumstances beyond me ..but to my surprise after getting a reff number and that l still get debited not only that the account is still active . I have called the customer care number all they tell me is they can't help ...l called the other department today they told they are for hijacking only they can't help... I have sent 3 emails already but nothing has been done Is this how you treat your clients??? Last year my car was stollen and never recovered they debited my account for four months without a car even when l had informed them of the incident . This only means these guys are ****** ..l frgave them the first time l thought it was a genuine mistake but now no...this is deliberate this is how they make money. Please cancel your thing l dont want nothing to do with it.
