Angry and frustrated
Matrix has been debiting an amount that I did not agree to, a lady from Customer Service advised that she will assist in the matter cause I'm.billed by Matrix and Beamie and its not my fault I'm so frustrated cause I wanted to cancel their service and she advised that I'm on a 3 yr contract which was the 1st time I was hearing of it and she said she will send the call recording on Monday 30th June 2025, nothing had been sent to me instead I'm receiving threatening messages of legal action against from Matrix and calls daily by their agents I'm so frustrated by the level of unprofessional isms and bad service by this tracking company .
