Matrix vehicle tracking aka mix telematics do not respond to emails regarding ***** on my id number. I do not have a contract or device but yet someone has a device registered to my id number with a completely different name and surname. They do not want to share the FICA documents for this account The person is not paying their account and it is reflecting on my credit score. Here is my case number ***5. Still no feedback from mix telematics.
This is a case of ***** and identity theft.
The amount of phone calls I made to get this resolved just to get told they cannot fix it.
