I have been sending emails for the past 3 years trying to resolve an issue with my account. This business does not respond to any of the emails ive sent throughout the three years and calls get transferred endlessly up until they drop them.

I've since been handed over to their lawyers and collectors on an account I settled 3 years ago and even issued an instruction to terminate my account. This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with.

Their collectors are rude and clueless, or perhaps deceiving and ************. This has had an negative impact on my credit profile and have since referred the matter to the ombudsman.
