Am being ****** by this company
I've been with Telematics for sometime till last year when I received a call from their sales people, they offered me a free protection road assist, only to my surprise they started debiting extra amount from my account, when I called to ask why they said I've joined their protection road assist of which they said I won't be paying anything for that. I then cancelled their whole tracker services last year October since they were taking extra amount. Even after cancelling the whole thing they are still debiting my account till today. When I call them they keep saying they will call me back to assist.
