Almost 3 weeks and Matrix still didn't replace a tracker!

Almost 3 weeks and Matrix - Mixtelematics still didnt come to replace a tracker ! Bought a new Toyota Hilux and two trackers were built in. One in the tailgate. Days later a camping unit was installed on the bakkie and the tailgate was removed, which I didn't know before, to fit the camper unit. Despite several emails and calls, still noone has showed up at my place to get a new tracker installed. I'm taking this now to Social Media, this company is easily taking your money, but doesn't react to repair calls!
