All I want are copies of my contracts!
From the other reviews it looks like customer service is non-existent. I shudder to think what would happen in the event of an actual emergency.
Following a renewal call, which I now regret, a sales person promised to e-mail a copy of the contract; nothing received. Following numerous call attempts over a week I eventually got through to someone who promised to e-mail a copy but also did not deliver.
What do I need to do to get copies of my contracts? It looks like cancelling these contracts will be just as frustrating :-/
