**** alert - Read the hidden Terms and Conditions before agreeing to the debit order!

A zero star would be best - installed a Beame in my car via telesales in May 2024 - the most useless tracker ever! It often recorded my vehicle more than 5km from where it actually was. After 1year I tried to cancel the service, only to be slapped with a "cancellation fee", and mails to find out how this was calculated were unanswered, totally ignored! Some searching later, I found a link in their "welcome pack" to terms and conditions that were updated 1 year AFTER my unit was installed, stating this fee, indicating a contract term of 3 years!! I wasted over R2k for a service that was completely useless... not to mention the time to try find out these "terms and conditions", because I was duped into a long contract via telesales! and had to pay to get out of it.. huge mistake, never again.
