**** alert!!

If i could rate them any lower i would, firstly i have never done any business with these guys, I was not even aware of their existence until they started debiting my account. I would reverse it and every month their reference would change and they'd debit me again, past year i noticed them on my credit profile and i contacted them.

A lady going by Caroline assisted me to stop the debit however they still appear on my profile with almost a year of missed debit. I have called in, countless times and was told the lady will call me, she hasn't. I sent emails and she responded saying she had handed over my account to the accounts department, and they would call back they haven't called..

I followed up via email and got no response , i am yet to receive communication from the "accounts department" and my credit profile remains soiled
