Matrix denied the payment that I made on the 15th of June, using a lot link that they gave me to pay an amount of R916, 12.they keep asking for proof of payment,even though I gave them a bank statement which reflects that I pay them. They have been over debiting me since then and went as far as blacklisting me. I have been denied an application of my house by banks because they made my credit profile bad. And refusing the proof I gave them.
