After how many years will Telematics update my credit profile

I have been struggling with Telematics to update my credit profile for the past 3 Months each month they promise me that it will be updated and nothing is updated and when I enquire with the credit bureau they are telling me that Telematics do not update their system reflecting that my account is up to date. I'm very tired now with this issue bcz is affecting my credit profile badly and I'm regretting the day I took their services.
