Adding me as a costomer withought my concent

I started noticing deductions from my bank account and found that Mix Telematics is deducting moneys from my account. After investigation on my bank statements I found that this has been happening for quite some time just normally below the R100 mark, thus me not getting the notifications. Once the premium went over R100 I received the notifications. I phoned Mix Telematics to find out why they are deducting money from my account and they said that they have me as a customer. I told them to cancel this and also to pay back all the moneys taken from me as I did not consent this deduction/subscription. I also asked them to tell me where my car is as they say they have a device in my car, to no surprise they could not track my car. They did however try their luck to tell me where my car was two days ago but was still wrong. Furthermore they said they will look into proof of my consent and if not found they will repay my moneys but till date no communication was received back. I have a good feeling that I must report them to block/fine them from debiting anyone as I did not apply for their services, but I am willing to wait and see if there is a response on this complaint case ***8
