Account/Finance Department Inefficiency and Entirely Poor Service

Very poor service and unprofessional especially on dealing with account related issues. My account was in errors for some reason, i fully paid the amount for it to up to date. Their process is very inefficient to allocate and update the account. No direct contact to their finance department to follow up and no courtesy to provide update from their side.
