Account in areas from Mix Telematics Africa

I have sold my vechicle almost 3 years back. I have sent notice to Mix Telmatics that the vechicle has been sold and to cancel my tracker. It was said I had to pay until Oct 2022, which I did. This year in Feb 2023 I saw on my bank account the debit order is still running, and stopped it at the bank. Then followed a new round of emails, calls and those sms from them. I was list on the credit bureau to be R 643.59 in areas on my account and decided just to pay this on 23 June 2023 to clear my record. I have just checked on the credit bereau today, 2023/08/22, I am now listed as R 425 in areas. This is just a never ending story with them. This is worst service I ever gotten from any company. O try to contact them, good luck with that.
