Account cancelled without notice and hopeless customer service
I wish there was a negative rating to give to these guys. My account was cancelled without any notice or notification. Despite numerous calls and waiting for hours on line still no resolution. If this is the effort for getting them to bill me, can't think of a service where they need to assist.

As per our telephone conversation earlier today, we confirm that the units installed in both of your vehicles are currently active. We have scheduled with one of our fitment centres to conduct maintenance on both of the units.
