Absolutely useless communication

I have been trying to add the Tax Logbook feature to my existing car for the past 3 weeks. I tried using the callback feature within the website, but no one called me back. I tried calling customer support, but they said I must speak to sales. I then try calling sales but they never answer the phone. Eventually, I got through to a lady who said it would be activated the next day, which never happened. Now I am back to the start trying to contact their sales team again, but they never answer the phone.

I tried creating a customer support case and spoke to a person, and they said they would get sales to contact me, which never happened.

It seems like unless you want to buy a new unit, it is impossible to contact this company.
