ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC ******!!!!!!!!

Pathetic service!!!!!!!

I tried testing my tracking device a few months ago through the whatsapp system as recommended and discovered that my tracking device was flat and needed a new battery. I tried calling the contact center and sent whatsapp messages to have the battery replaced but I kept on being told someone would call me back to arrange this, almost 2 weeks later after I had had enough and even decided to terminate this month to month contract I was contacted to say I must take my car whereever for the battery to be replaced ofcos I declined this as I had already sent an email to cancel the contract because apparently you can't cancel via the phone even though I took up the contract telephonically. Fast forward 2 months later these ****** are still devoting my account every month and no one answers the phone when you call them.
