Absolutely Appalling Service

I’ve been waiting for a refund from Matrix Car Tracking since February last year for two vehicles – and over a year later, I’m still being given the same empty promise that it will be done “by the end of the week.” To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue, their team harassed me and wrongfully accused me of owing them money.

Their customer service is pathetic – rude, dismissive agents, and it’s impossible to get hold of a manager. It’s been an endless cycle of frustration, lies, and zero accountability.

Save yourself the stress – avoid Matrix Car Tracking at all costs. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
