Absolute shocking Customer service!!!
*** (vehicle:VW Tiguan JK09XGGP) account was said to have been activated in November 2021 ..when we bought the vehicle in 2019/12/17.... this would mean that the would be a cancellation fee as contract is 36 months. This is total ******* how can a new vehicle live the dealership without the tracker.
