Absolute disgrace

What an absolute joke. I had to get recovery devices installed on the insistence of my insurer. The devices have not even been installed for two weeks, yet I am getting daily sales calls from Matrix telling me the devices are old and needs to be upgraded.

They are dishonest in the sense that either the devices in the car are old and outdated OR lying to customers as an opportunistic sales tactic.

Consumers beware. As a new customer, I am regretting ever signing up with Matrix.
