A big fat ****
My worst nightmare. I would rate the a negative 100 if it were possible. The device that was installed in my car fell off from below the cluster while the driver was at WORK. My account is in another person's name. I can't get hold of their customer care. The only calls I receive are from their accounts department and they are very rude and disrespectful. Emails keep on returning unsent saying email is blocked or the address is not found. Their WhatsApp is non responsive. Everything about them screams "****"
