they don't want to cancel my account, yet l lost my vehicle within weeks after installation as the bank took it. they keep *****ulently updating false amount under my credit, increasing yet i called last year on time for them to cancel. Account Number: ***8.they are telling me tis year when i call them again to send documents but keep up dating false information that I min areas for 6 month yet its lie i never paid a thing as the car was attached by court and i called informed them

06 Dec 2024, 09:26Tele matrix with unprofessional agent who comes with lies and say they sent cancelation amount in October, then changes her statement and says in December again changes and say she does not know why Tele matrix cancelation department didn't send me cancelation amount that time, now why blaming me yet it's their department which didn't comply when l was canceling as the car was gone.this is the *****sters l m talking about .they fail to comply .DONT EVER USE TELE MATRIX THEY *****STERS UNPROFESSIONAL AND EVEN THIER AGENTS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL WITH LIES AFTER LIES .AND ON THEIR SYSTEM IT SHOWS I CANCELLED ON TIME AND THEY DIDNT DO THIER WORK.I NEED HELP
